assay is an advanced test to identify the immunological status through quantifying the amount of ATP produced by stimulating CD4+cells. |

| This diagram represents the challenge that physicians are faced in balancing a transplant recipients immunosuppressive therapy. The risk to the patient is increased when the drug level is increased (over-suppression) which can lead to infection, malignancy or toxicity. The risk to the patient also goes up when drug levels are decreased (under-suppression)obviously leading to organ |

rejection. Our assay is designed to help physicians manage the NARROW THERAPEUTIC RANGE and individualize patient therapy. |

| The Cylex ImmuKnow assay is designed to measure cell-mediated immunity in transplant recipients thereby identifying a patient’s immunological status and associated risks. Once a patient’s immune status is known, then treatment strategies can be individualized more precisely by monitoring the immune system’s response to therapy changes, either increases or decreases of immunosuppressants. By following a recipient’s immune responses, therapies can be adjusted prior to clinical thresholds such as increased creatinines or liver enzymes leading to biopsies by optimizing a patient’s drug levels to achieve the lowest amount of drugs needed to maintain balance between the immune system and functioning organ. |

The higher the ATP value that ImmuKnow® detects, the higher possibility of rejection the transplant patient will have. Conversely it will be more possible of infection. Odds ratios for infection (blue) and rejection (red). ImmuKnow® identifies target of 280ng/ml ATP for minimal risk of rejection or infection. |
| ImmuKnow® is the only Test that Safely Allows Your Doctor to Tailor Your Therapy to Minimize the Risk of Complications like Infection or Rejection |
When used properly, ImmuKnow can:
Identify Patients at Immunological Risk
Proactively Manage Patients to a Stable State
Individualize ISP with Greater Precision
Monitor Patient Response to Therapy Changes
Provide Insight into Sub-Clinical Turning Points
Optimize Therapy to Lowest Dose |
